Release Bag-125, .001in. X 60in Wide. Polyolefin release film compatible with epoxy, vinylester, and polyester resin systems. Max. service temperature is 284 F. Use to prevent sticking between breather and part or part and bag. Also available in .002" thickness by special order.
Perforated Release Bag-125, .001 in x 60 in. wide with P3 perf. Polyolefin release film compatible with most standard resin systems (epoxy, vinylester, polyester). Perferations allow excess resin to squeeze out of part and into breather. Max. service temperature is 275F.
P3 pattern is .015" holes staggered on 1/4" centers.
Y-204 Sealant Tape is by far our most popular vacuum bagging tape. It features a 1/8" x 1/2" profile that makes it easy to seal small leaks and work out wrinkles. It features a 400F service temperature and is suitable for most all vacuum bagging applications. 40 rolls per case.
1/2" Infusion Connector RIC 12, use to attach vacuum ports or resin inlet lines to vacuum bag. Goes under bag and 1/2" OD hose can be inserted into it. Groove through bottom accepts 1/2" OD spiral wrap to form manifolds. Apply release before use to facilitate removing excess resin from connectors.
The 2.3 Quart Resin Trap is designed to protect your vacuum pump and catch excess resin during resin infusion or other vacuum bagging processes. This trap can also be used as a degassing chamber for removing excess or trapped gasses from resins or silicone.
2.3 Quart Resin Trap/ Degassing Chamber includes 3/8" O.D. barbed fittings and vacuum gauge.
This resin trap is large enough to hold a 1 quart cup for degassing and is suitable for degassing 10-16 ounces of material (by volume) depending on how much the material rises during degassing.
The 2.3 quart resin trap features a clear top so that you can observe what is happening during degassing or how much material has entered the resin trap.
The catch pot is stainless steel and mold release can be applied to it to facilitate clean up or a liner cup can be inserted before use to catch any excess resin.
Barbed fittings are fastened to the lid with 1/4 pipe thread and can be removed and replaced with other fittings as desired.
Stretchlon 800 x 60" wide vacuum bagging film. Stretchlon 800 is our most popular bagging film. It features high elongation (450%) and is compatible with epoxy resins, polyester resin, and vinylester resins. Maximum use temperature is 400F
Stock width is 60" but other widths or configurations (such as tubing) is available by request.

1.5 Quart Resin Trap includes 3/8" O.D. barbed fittings, vacuum gauge, and stainless steel catch pot.
This resin trap features a clear lid to allow you to see if any material has entered the pot and if so how much. The stainless steel catch pot can be coated with release agent to allow removal of excess material, or a cup can be inserted as a liner to catch excess material.
Roll, Poly-Tube 4, 32in. wide. Poly-tube 4 is a 4mil (0.004") thick tube that is 32" laid flat. Generally used to vacuum bag core on sailboards or for other vacuum bag projects requiring the part be envelope bagged.
