SUPER SAP® CLR Epoxy Resin is Entropy's flagship, high-performance clear coating epoxy resin system. The CLR system is a water clear, UV stabilized epoxy system for applications that require a low color, low yellowing epoxy resin such as high color applications. This system features a quick air-release and world-class UV resistance package. SUPER SAP® CLR works with multiple hardeners to match your working parameters. It has an ideal viscosity for a wide range of applications that use hand layup techniques with fast room temperature cures.
SUPER SAP® ONE Epoxy Resin with ONF hardener has the highest biobased content of all the resin systems in the Entropy product line up.
Entropy's Super Sap ONE High Bio-Based Laminating Epoxy is the industry leader for USDA BioPreferredSM certified, ambient cure, laminating epoxy system. Based on Entropy's original SUPER SAP® 100/1000 formula, this new system features a faster speed, lowered viscosity, and includes quick air-releasing properties ideal for fiber-reinforcement composite laminations and coatings. ONE is a SUPER SAP® Formulation designed to achieve an excellent balance of high-performance and industry-leading, renewable, biobased content.
Fast Cure: 18 min pot life, 3 HR tack free time (77F)
Entropy’s Super Sap CCR Clear Casting Epoxy is a clear, UV-stabilized epoxy system designed specifically for casting, potting, and embedding applications. Low color and low viscosity allow for bubble-free, crystal-clear castings ideal for art and hobby applications. This SUPER SAP® formulation features two hardener speeds; slow (CCS) for high build casting epoxy applications and fast (CCF) for quick, small project fast casting epoxy applications such as resin jewelry and more. Mix ratio is 2:1 Resin:Hardener by volume.
CCF Fast Cure: 90 min pot life, 24 HR tack free time
CCS Slow Cure: 360 min pot life, 72 HR tack free time
Also available in Kits with Fast (CCR/CCF) or Slow (CCR/CCS) cure speeds.
Entropy's CPS Slow Hardener is for use with the CPM Compression Molding Epoxy Resin for fast cycle times in heat-assisted molding processes of fiber-reinforced composites.
CPM Compression Molding Epoxy is a versatile system designed specifically for the compression molding processes of composite parts. CPM system delivers a high bio-content, excellent fiber wetting qualities, and thixotropic characteristics to limit sag in high-temperature cure applications. A high modulus combined with excellent elongation properties enable durable yet lightweight composite parts. CPM is a SUPER SAP® Formulation.
CPS Slow Cure: 50 min pot life, recommended full cure time of 40 min at 180 degrees F/82 degrees C.
3 Pint Kit #2, System Three General Purpose Epoxy with Medium Hardener, Kit includes 1 quart of epoxy and 1 pint of hardener, (48oz total).
System Three General Purpose Epoxy is a time proven workhorse that is available in 3 hardener speeds, fast, medium, slow. Originally developed for wood epoxy boat building it has great adhesive properties an is very flexible. Works great for making putties and as a hand lam resin.
