5’10”RP. Modified / updated for machine use.
Rockers: Natural, Island/Lis & Classic / Frye
Shaper's Comments: Designed with input from
some of surfiing’s best designs minds the 6’8”RP
is influenced by a universal rocker with profiles
that are integrated and timeless. The 6’8”RP will
play an important role in the current generation of
hand shapers emerging not only as technicians, but
also designers at the genesis of what is possible in
their craft. This in turn will set a new precendent
for the next era of surfing. Paying close attention
to and working with all the elements in design in
the 6’8”RP opens the door to a new level of performance and self expression for all shapers and
designers. Will cleanly net a 6’8” deck measurement with high performance rockers and thickness
profiles. Inspired by the modern surfing of Rasta
on “the state of the art Lis - Fish”.

Suggested uses are for building surfboards, covering kayaks or canoes, or any application where you need a thin clear glass coating.
A typical surfboard layup is 2 layers of glass on the deck and 1 layer on the bottom.

Gallon, S249A Surfboard Laminating Resin Gallon, S249A Surfboard Laminating Resin- This resin cures "water white" (clear) and is suitable for applications such as surfboards that require a clear coating or lamination. Resin cures with a tacky surface so that subsequent layers may be added without sanding. To cure without a tacky surface for finish or sanding coats add surface agent. Requires MEKP to cure.

1 1/4in. Leash Plug, White 1 1/4in. Leash Plug, White, these leash cups are our most popular and we have sold tens of thousands of them over the years.
Leash cup features concentric rings that create ledges to lock the leash cup into the board. Install the leash cup by drilling with a hole saw a hole slightly bigger than the diameter of the leash cup. Mix a small batch of putty with resin, cabosil, 3M bubbles or white pigment, and catalyst. Fill hole about 1/3 - 1/2 full with putty and insert cup. Clean off excess putty leaving putty slightly higher than the surface of the board so that as the resin cures and shrinks it will not shrink back below the level of the board. After the putty cures sand the putty and the cup level with the surface of the board.
